"Bankruptcy days away and One path led to another"

The entrepreneur's path is starting to take about twenty years. In the first limited company, I started with a friend doing telecommunications work in ditches. That's where the fiber optic cable extensions were mainly made and welded. Because in the summer, excavators buried the cable underground, and in the fall before winter came, the connections could be made. Of course, some of the ditches were in the same condition as the autumn rains, and the best ones were already frozen when winter slowly arrived, to the delight of the cable extension workers. :)

Sometimes there was too much work and sometimes too little, like you might have had. Work was known for a few days. Roughly and without embellishment, bankruptcy was as close as the number of workdays sold. So the cost structure also had to be flexible according to the work situation. Our problem with the cost structure was that sometimes, when the workload increased, a good 150m2 of space was needed, and then this need decreased to practically a few square meters during quiet times. The inflexibility of the space needs was also rigid in terms of rental agreements. Having moved too many companies, the matter remained unresolved.

Perhaps the final “finishing touch” was when the daughters lived in the same small room in an apartment building, the closet space was non-existent, and the cage storage wasn’t really big enough, so something had to be changed. We had to find a place that was easily accessible 24 hours a day and where we could store any machines smaller than a car if needed. I found several spaces, but some had limited opening hours. Many were too big and valuable. And the problem with the smaller ones was that the ones that could be reached directly by car were non-existent. It would have also been a plus if the space could be moved from smaller to larger as needs changed.

I thought, as entrepreneurs are prone to, should the problem we encountered be solved? (Here's a tip; It's not a good idea for an entrepreneur to necessarily start building a solution to every problem they find; it can affect the quality of their sleep:) Well, what's the point of putting on boots, pencils, paper and getting started with solid professionals? And finally, after a few tricky twists and turns and a mistake that I now fondly remember, the job is done and there are limited spaces available.
